We currently ship US & Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partners.

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Packaging & Protection

• All booster boxes and collectibles are shipped factory-sealed and well-protected with bubble wrap and sturdy mailers.

• We take extra care to prevent damage during transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

• We cannot mark items as “gift” or undervalue orders to avoid customs charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: Please contact the carrier with your tracking number. If unresolved, contact us at jcaacards@gmail.com for assistance.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work on a resolution.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
